Looks cool and will comment later on when I have couple of free seconds but totally agree on your thing about home-made vs. store bought bread crumbs. I do a chicken recipe with it that, after a few times not being able to find the store bought stuff had to make my own and then wondered why I ever bothered with the store bought bullshit.
