to desire the replica

So Nigel has a new home in the country as of Friday and I am not ashamed to say that I cried. I also spent the rest of the evening sending her text messages containing vital information such as how much water he likes to drink, when he last ate, and when she can expect him to poo next.

Yes. I am that person.

Also, this is what has become of my long weekend lounging on the beach in the hot sun.

Oh, that sucks.

Well a sunny day after Nigel leaving you might be too hard to bear. I recommend finding a lovely chic flick and whipping up a nice pitcher of margaritas.

Phaedra Says:

I see the glorious weather spread down here as well. I suggest red wine and episodes of the Office. silly good times.

Kim Says:

There was wine and writing and bbq steak dinner involved and though we didn’t get to hit the beach, it was still a good long weekend.

Dusty Says:

Does Nigel drink alot of water? Another sign of possible diabetes sweetie.

I worry since canine diabetes usually goes undiscovered until it’s too late.

Plus, I am just a fucking worry wort. ;)

Sorry your sunshine took a hiatus…that sucks moose balls don’t it?

Well that just sucks. I’m sorry.

We went camping at Million Dollar Falls which is sort of nestled in the corner of Northern BC, Yukon, and Alaska. Typical Yukon spring weather; so hot it was shorts and t-shirts, then rain, hail, and down to 0 at night which is OK in a tent if you have the proper gear. Managed to get a sunburned neck while fishing though.
